Abandoned during his coming-of-age, he was found nearly dead by a group of traveling Xaela. He was born with split colored eyes and blurry vision. To his biological family, these were bad omens.To the Xaela, his split colored eyes were viewed as signs from Nhaama and Azim -- Koke carried the sun and moon in his eyes. Not long before they found him, the Xaela had lost a child due to a curable sickness. It didn't matter what Koke's origins were. It was a new beginning for him and for his adoptive family.Koke was raised primarily by the Qestir and inherited their name. He grew alongside Reunion and everyone else; learned how to hunt, fight and manage the markets.

AN OLD FRIEND

An old friend of Louisoix, Caro is a well-known Wood-warder with a career lasting centuries. He belongs to a subspecies of Viera likened to hares, Caro is much larger and fuzzier than his domestic counterparts. He has acted as a stud for multiple Viera groups in Golmore, returning to do his "rounds" every three years -- however, he has never taken any disciples.Despite the Green Word, Caro's tenure has allowed him a bit of freedom -- with strings attached. He uses this free time to support the Scions, especially after Louisoix's passing.
